Adult Acne Solutions

I have been bothered by acne on and off for the past two years. I never got it in my teens so it was a big shock for me when my face started to break out ( I am now 34 years old). I have struggled with it and would always manage to get rid of it. However, I just do not know how I got rid of it the first time as I used a jumble of topical products, medication including antibiotics and a change in diet. Now my acne is suddenly back and it is concentrated on the right side of my face. It is like I have two halfs of two different faces.One side is clean and smooth and the other side is filled with angry looking acnes. They are very large and painful and I am at a loss as to what to do about them. People say that I may be allergic to something but there is no way to check that here. I hope that this site will help me solve my acne problem. Thank you so much for what you are doing to help people like me.
