lumpy skin bumps......i wish not!

for...well literally for ever i have had small blocked pore bumps on my cheeks and the top of my nose.Lately i have been using a facial buffer with my usual cleanser.it has helped but not got rid of the problem.i get rid of them every morning and then the next morning....poof! they are there again! my mum has sensitive skin and she doesn't want me using scented or anti-aging products on my skin, only gentle ones.
