Question About Shipping Skin Care Products

I travel a lot and am based in the Philippines, their Postal service is so corrupt and horrible that I have lost most of anything anyone sends me, and their policy is to pick everything up at the postal office, which is where (sad but true) the employees themselves steal and open packages. Don't get me wrong, I'm not racist or anything, I am full Filipino but spent most my adult life in the Philippines. So, my question is, can you deliver via FedEx or any other service?
