Recommendations for Doctors Familiar with Salicylate Allergy?

Please tell me how to find out if I have salicylate allergy, or intolerance to gluten, wheat or other foods. Thank you.

A medical doctor or naturopathic doctor who is familiar with allergies, and specifically salicylate allergy will be the most helpful to you in assessing your sensitivities. Not all doctors are familiar with salicylate allergy so you will need to ask the doctor or find someone who is knowledgeable about this. Does anyone here have suggestions?
