Rosacea Inflammation

i am dealing with rosacea for about 12 months now. i have been on antibiotics and been using zenmed produts which does help a bit but still get a lot of inflammation of the skin.i get red raised patches that become larger in size and can be seen on my chin and around my mouth and neck and when inflamed become flakey any advise thank you
