Facial Cleansers and Facial Mask

All my life I have had issues with my skin. I am sensitive and allergic to various ingredients.
I have found out through out the years of experimenting that fresh lemon juice diluted with some water on your face then rinsed or leave on for a few minutes depending, my face becomes clearer, complexion smooth, less break outs and smaller pores. the plain full fat yogurt is great but I can only do that weekly or every other week.
People don't realize that lemon turns alkaline when on your skin or digested.

I have also created my own face cream (small batched of course) it consists of Coconut oil, Cocoa Butter, Vit. E and Aloe and my skin is incredible!. Im 32 and people think im 20-24!
I'm loving it.

Also I have noticed that olive oil is great at removing make up.

Derma E Burnt My Skin

I heard about derma e and thought that is sounded like great products. now, im not saying all of their products are bad. i used a toner of theirs that worked fine and was gentle. but i have very sensitive skin and by the product description for the Tea Tree and E antiseptic cream it seemed like it would be a great fit. well it ended up burning my skin. my skin was tight and dry and felt burned and turned bright red. don't buy this product if you have sensitive skin.

I'm so sorry you had a bad reaction to your skin cream. Yes, for some people with sensitive skin, tea tree oil combined with an antiseptic could be too much. We always recommend that anyone with sensitive skin do a skin test before using any product, or even when using home remedies and recipes for skincare .

I've used Burts Bees orange zest cleanser.. I think the name is..... Feels a little oily not over powering.. Im 45 still look way younger. I find when, I use tap water my skin really gets irritated at times. Will start using a spray bottle of mineral, or even distilled bottled water hoping it'll work better. I was told by a dermatologist that I have rosacea, so always getting breakouts of hives on my cheeks, chin too. I've also found that the quick oats, I ground didnt work. But, instant plain oatmeal from the packets worked well! Soothe! My worst irritated skin.. I wash my face well.. Then,steam my pores... Apply a light, to medium layer of oatmeal w my fingers. It'll unclog my pores! But the soothing of my irritated face is the most relieving. I also found when I wash my face w just water most days smooth my hands over my face a few times under the shower or sink or use a clean wash cloth removing dead skin does wonders! I bought from here in nyc.. Lush cosmetics.... their line is pricey but great too.. the scrub work wonders! They have stores all over now. The Celestial facial moisturizer was great too.

My Experience With Cleure Products

I love all the Cleure products. Since I have sensitive skin, salicylate allergies, fibromyalgia, and digestive problems I tried these products to start with my skin. They have done wonders in keeping my skin looking young. Also, since I have a family history of breast cancer it is important for me to stay away from parabens. I have tried many skin care products over the years and have finally found some that suit my skin.

For cleansing I do a hot towel rub. Take something like a facecloth, holding both ends dip the middle into very hot water and wring out, now rub the hot cloth all over your face in circular movements until the skin is slightly red. I find it amazing how simple hot water and a cloth can have great results giving my face a really young fresh look.

I use this hot towel rub all over my body morning and night it is the best exfoliation and toner for the body ever and you can't beat the purity of simple water.

For makeup removal I use Australian Organics soap with natural oils including geranium. I don't know if this soap is available in the U.S. but it is so creamy and does not dry out my skin and at $2 it is a great find.

For day cream I use Weleda Baby - Calendula Weather Protection Cream, as I have extremely dry skin I find this gives me lots of nourishment and protects my skin from the harsh weather conditions - I even use it in the summer.

For night cream I use Weleda Skin Food, a rich cream that suits my skin and has not caused any breakout symptoms.

I used to have loads of products in my bathroom cabinet and spend lots of money on a range of beauty products that sort of worked.

Now I find it liberating to have just a few simple products that really work for me that don't cost a fortune and make going on vacation so much easier only having to take my soap, two tubes of cream and a facecloth.

I've tried dozens of skin care products in the past, looking for the right one. It wasn't until I tried ReCverin that I discovered a truly unique product. After using it for only two or three days, I started receiving compliments on how my skin looked. I have had no adverse skin reactions, just nice soft skin. I've also found an additional use for it. Every winter I get a patch of dry skin on my ankle. I have tried so many medical products to ease the constant itching, but nothing helped. Now I put a dab of ReCverin on it every morning, and it has totally cleared up this patch of dry skin for the first time in many winters. I love the product. I mix it with a dab of my regular moisturizer when I put it on my face in the morning, as it gives it a lighter consistency, but it can be used straight from the bottle whichever your preference is. Just don't try to use a lot as I find a dot about the size of a pencil eraser mixed with a dot of my regular moisturizer is plenty. A little goes a long way. Cold milk as a cleanser

I use cold toned milk to cleanse my face... Sometimes I leave it on for 15 minutes or more and then wash it off. I use toned milk since full fat milk makes my skin oily. Cold milk cleans my skin really well, and moisturizes it.

Cold milk does not irritate my skin. I have tried yoghurt but it does "feel" irritating on my skin. I haven't experienced any breakouts with yoghurt but it does seem to sting/irritate a bit (not sure why since I do not have hypersensitive skin)

Another tip: In my experience, cold water is a great toner. I have never used any other toner.

It's great to use very simple completely natural stuff, instead of lathering artificial ones. For me, cold milk and cold water can never go wrong.:)

I have sensitive skin and rosacea. For those of you who have one or both, you understand what that means...bright red skin in erratic patterns on my face, blotchy areas, breakouts, and difficulty finding skincare or cosmetics that won't irritate my skin and make it worse.

I have finally found a line of skincare and cosmetics that seems to be working! I have tried (it seems) nearly everything on the market. The top of the line stuff and the bargain basement stuff and everything in between.

Of course, after years of trying to figure out why my skin reacts so poorly to nearly everything, I was diagnosed with rosacea.

Natural Foundation

I have EXTREMELY Sensitive skin. That's how I found this site. Most foundations broke me out. It was horrible because I really wanted to cover up my flaws etc. Unfortunately it was very difficult. I tried various natural foundations that didn't work for me and powdered makeup made me allergic. Finally I found out Delizioso's Dual Action Foundation SPF 30+.
