Suffering from teen acne

I have been suffering from acne since i was 10 yrs old. ( Im now 14) Nothing seems to work for me. If my skin clears up ( and it does from time to time) the horrible acne scars show up. They look really bad and make me look really older than what I am. What should i do? I really want to rely on natural methods.
