brown patches, tiny skin tags all over my face.. help

maybe someone can help me .. this runs in my family and i hate it i am 45yrs hawaiian and i have brown patches, brown bumps and tiny skin tags all over my face and neck it is quite embarassing since your face is what everyone sees i have went to the doctor and he freezes it but that does not take care of the problem. any suggestions?? thank you
