  • 2 stalks celery, 1 small clove of fresh garlic, 1-inch gingerroot, 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups spinach leaves, 4 whole oranges, 1 cup fresh parsley

Melon Juice

  • 1 whole cantaloupe, cut in pieces
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Dash of cinnamon to taste

Citrus Slushie

  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • The juice and rind of 2 lemons
  • The juice and rind of 2 fresh limes
  • 1 whole pineapple, cut into squares

Mix with ice (if desired) together in a blender and serve. One caution: if you are allergic to fresh pineapple, use another citrus fruit such as a few oranges or tangerines.

Grape and Strawberry Juice

  • 8 whole strawberries (green removed)
