This may not be a cure but do avoid hot showers. It is all too easy to roast the top of your foot from a shower that is too hot.

I am getting same rash on top of foot been putting Nystatin and now tonight I put blue star on it. It dont burn because it aint been there too long only about 3 or 4 days.
