Hi, and thanks for your message. I recommend that you first check with your medical doctor or dermatologist whenever you have an unusual spot on your face.

Since you mentioned also that your skin is itching, it will be helpful to get a good medical consultation.

Once you are sure that this spot is simply hyper-pigmented, rather than a more serious condition, there are a number of ways you can treat it.

Home Remedies for Brown Spots

First, there are a number of home remedies for brown spots on the face that people have used with success.

Be sure to do a skin test first to make sure your skin can tolerate the ingredients.

These are some of the natural treatments you can try. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend trying one ingredient at a time.

  • Castor oil

  • Ground almonds

  • Honey

  • Milk, buttermilk, sour cream or yogurt - these contain natural alpha hydroxy acids that lighten the skin

  • Lemon or lime juice
  • Oatmeal

  • Parsley

  • Tomato

Choose one or two of these that seem to work well for your skin and apply consistently for several weeks.

Be sure to avoid sun exposure which darkens the brown spots.

Skin Lightening Creams

Most creams that are designed to lighten the skin contain ingredients such as Hydroquinone that can be harmful to health, however we managed to find one safe skin bleaching cream that will lighten spots naturally without toxic ingredients.

A safe skin lightening cream can be used along with your home remedies, and will speed up the process of lightening the spots.

Medical Treatments for Brown Spots on the Face

If you are very troubled by this you can look into laser treatment or other dermatologist treatments that can remove the brown spots.

Age and hormonal fluctuations can accelerate the appearance of brown spots on the skin. Limiting your sun exposure is the best way to avoid developing future problems with hyper-pigmentation of the skin.

I hope this is helpful for you! Please let us know how this goes for you.
