LED Light Therapy for Sensitive Skin

What are your thoughts on LED light therapy products.

I have read that it is safe for sensitive skin but we know that each individual is unique and people with sensitive skin could have a reaction or it may not work at all.

Thanks for any feedback.

Hi, and thanks for your message! I've actually wanted to try LED light therapy for my own sensitive skin, however I haven't yet had the opportunity to try it out. Each person's reaction would be different, and one way to find out how your skin may react is to go to a spa or salon that offers these kinds of treatments.

If you want to get an idea of how your skin would react, it is important to try just the LED light therapy treatment by itself so you can see how your skin reacts.

This means that you should not use any new skincare products before or directly after your light therapy treatment. This may be a challenge with all the exciting new facial masks and treatments that salons might have to offer! :-)

Save those for another day once you've thoroughly tested out the LED light therapy to see how your skin reacts. Please do let us know how it goes for you!!
