3 Day Face Lift

How to Do a Quick Face Lift Right at Home!

How is a 3 day face lift possible without surgery? The answer will surprise you, and you will also learn a new alternative to face lift procedures that can tone and firm your whole body.

A Natural Alternative to Face Lift

Yes, you could get a surgical face lift, and it would cost you tens of thousands of dollars, and would run the risk of complications, scarring and other problems.

Although surgery may be necessary in some cases, there is an alternative to face lift procedures which relies on your own body's natural rejuvenation and self healing capabilities!

What is the 3 Day Face Lift? It is not a surgical procedure, AND it's also not a facial exercise program!

This new alternative to face lift relies on a unique and highly effective method of healing your skin and your whole body.

Pioneered by a dermatologist, the 3 day face lift relies on one simple thing that you do EVERY day!

3 Day Face lift Diet

Yes, the 3 day face lift is a diet!!! It was developed by Dr. Nicholas Perricone, a dermatology professor at Yale Medical School who has written a number of books on healing your skin by reducing inflammation in your body.

Now, before you go trying this diet, I want you to know that every one of us has a unique body, and the dietary recommendations that are shared by Dr. Perricone may or may not work for you.

Always follow your own intuition and inner wisdom when trying any new diet, and if you need personalized advice, please see your health care provider.

The 3 day face lift diet promises to decrease wrinkles, increase the firmness of your skin, and produce a healthier and more vibrant skin tone in three days.

Dr. Perricone has also created a 28 day version of this diet, called the The Perricone Prescription which he likes to call "wrinke-free eating".

This longer version of the diet has more variety of foods and is designed to produce long term effects.

What's on the Menu?

The 3 day face lift diet includes two servings of wild Alaskan salmon each day for three days. The salmon has many anti-aging health benefits that produce visible changes in the skin.

Wild Alaskan salmon has a lot less chemicals and contamination than farmed salmon, and so you want to be sure to only use wild salmon.

The diet includes lots of pure water and green tea, fresh vegetables and some low glycemic fruits, nuts, yogurt, eggs, chicken and turkey in specific amounts.

Oatmeal is recommended for breakfast, but most other carbohydrates are not allowed. The 3 day face lift diet asks you to give up sugar, caffeine, and most carbohydrates for three days. Here is a sample menu for one day on the diet.

1 hour before breakfast - 8 - 12 ounces pure water

Breakfast

Three egg omelet made with one whole eggs and three egg whites
1/2 cup cooked rolled oats (not instant oatmeal) with almonds
4 oz. cantaloupe or 1/4 cup berries
Green tea if you usually drink coffee (to prevent caffeine withdrawal)
8 - 12 ounces pure water

Lunch

4 - 6 ounces grilled wild salmon
2 generous cups of green salad
Salad dressing with olive oil and fresh lemon
Cantaloupe or kiwi fruit
8 - 12 ounces pure water

Dinner

Generous green salad
1/2 cup cooked green vegetables like broccoli, brussel sprouts, or spinach. Root vegetables like potatoes and carrots are not allowed.

Is It Right for You?

If you are in good health, usually a three day change in your diet will not be a problem for you ... however everyone is different so I recommend that you always consult with your inner guidance and intuitive wisdom before trying anything new.

If you are ill, or have chronic health issues, chemical sensitivities, very hypersensitive skin or other health concerns, I recommend that you consult with your health care provider FIRST before trying this diet or any kind of dietary change.

My Thoughts on the 3 Day Face Lift Diet?

For my own tastes, this diet is unbalanced as I do need some healthy, whole grain carbohydrates each day. Without them I cannot sleep and am plagued by hunger pangs. I also am not able to eat this much much animal protein on a regular basis.

However some people find that a short period of time on this diet can help to get them on a good track with their eating, and that they lose weight and feel less hungry.

I've looked through review of some of Dr. Perricone's books which contain more detailed information about anti-inflammatory diet and how to improve your skin naturally.

Customer feedback on his book The Perricone Prescription: A Physician's 28-Day Program for Total Body and Face Rejuvenation was overall positive, as many readers found the dietary suggestions helpful and saw good results, but some readers found the recommendations for additional supplements and skin lotions to be very overpriced, and said that the diet itself was too expensive for them.

Customer feedback on The Clear Skin Prescription: The Perricone Program to Eliminate Problem Skin was also fairly positive, but readers recommended that you pick just one of his books to read, as they all are very similar. Most readers had good experiences with the diet, but did not purchase the expensive supplements.

Create Your Own Natural Three Day Facelift

There are several ways that you can naturally "perk up" your face in a short amount of time. In addition to a healthier diet, there is a really powerful and natural way to improve your appearance through facial exercise.

Now, one of the things I've learned is that not all facial exercise will help you to look more youthful. In fact, some facial exercise programs actually will create a bulky, overly muscular appearance to the face.

When I turned 50 and my face and neck began to sag and bag, I thought, there MUST be a better way to look healthier!

So I set about researching facial exercise and ended up choosing the Carolyn's Facial Fitness program.

April 2009 - Before            August 2009 - After

before facial exercise
after three months of facial exercise

Of all the facial exercise programs I looked at, hers was the most comprehensive and well researched, and also got the absolute best results.

Just look at the before and after pictures ! I've been using it since April of 2009 and I am thrilled with my 100% all natural face lift, which takes just 15 minutes a day, three times a week. The results are improving over time, so I actually look better as time goes on.

Even better, I get less headaches and my neck is less tight as I am regularly exercising my facial and neck muscles. It is a perfect compliment to my regular exercise routine.
