Carolyns Facial Fitness Skincare Products

Carolyns Facial Fitness Skincare is a new natural, non-toxic anti-aging skin care line created by Carolyn Cleaves, the creator of the Carolyns Facial Fitness facial exercise program.

I have been using her facial exercise program since April of 2009 and have seen a major improvement in my appearance, skin tone, and a reduction in wrinkles and sagging skin!

I purchased Carolyn's "full" facial exercise program which includes many extra exercises that have helped the specific problem areas in my skin.

Since then I have seen such dramatic results that I have developed a huge respect for the power of facial exercise to completely transform the face! (You can see my initial results at our nonsurgical face lifts page.

The exercises build your face in such a way that you become your most beautiful, best self. It's not a false appearance, but rather a healthy enhancement of your natural self.

I am impressed with the research that Carolyn did to create her exercise program, and even more so with the results she gets!

Every year Carolyn sends an update to her clients, and I was pleased to learn that she had developed an all natural and mostly organic skincare line specifically to address aging skin.

Carolyns Facial Fitness Skincare - Trying the Products

I have a big problem in following my own advice for sensitive skincare. I am just TOO impatient!! When I got the products, I wanted to use them all at once!!

I managed to try just TWO at once, but I think I could have avoided so many problems simply by following my own instructions... doing a skin test, waiting, and using just ONE at a time.

Now, I have a slight allergy to olive oil, which is one of the ingredients in these formulas, so I SHOULD have gone more slowly. I tried three of the products, however because of my allergies I didn't use the whole system.

When I first opened the containers, I was struck by how silky, smooth and rich these formulas are. They have a pure and clean feeling to them, and there are no added fragrances.

My Experience With Carolyn's Facial Fitness Skincare

ALL of the Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare products are luxuriously moisturizing. None has added fragrance, and some have a small amount of natural scent from the ingredients themselves.

I've heard it said that many "fragrance free" products have chemicals added to mask scents. I believe this is true as most most natural skincare products I have tried have some mild scent from the ingredients.

Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare is a "no added fragrance" product line. It feels clean and pure going onto the skin.

The products are mostly organic and all natural.

The Botanical Facial Cleanser is made for sensitive skin as well as those with dry, normal, combination, mature, or damaged skin.

It is made with natural oils and antioxidants, without the surfectants that usually are a part of facial cleansers. This formula does not require a toner because it already contains a balanced Ph for the skin

The product went on very smooth and silky and left my face moist and clean. It had a mild natural scent, which I think was the Rooibos extract, and a mild trace of the scent lingered on my face after I washed the product off. I loved how smooth and moist my skin felt!

The Hydrating Cream Masque is made for sensitive skin, and also mature, dry, or damaged skin. It also went on very silky and smooth, and I followed the instructions which recommended that you leave it on your face for up to 30 minutes. The instructions also said that the cream can be used on the lips.

Well, I loved feeling and the moisture of this masque on my face, and so I left it on too long!!

Unfortunately I developed skin eruptions on my lips after using it!! LOL, as I said, it IS a challenge for me to test out skincare products.

I have had this experience with other skin care products that work well on my face, but that will cause an eruption on my lips.

I did not have any other adverse reactions on the rest of my face from the Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare products, but I DO recommend that you NOT use this product for the full 30 minutes on your first try!

The Masque also had a very faint natural scent which was one of the herbal ingredients, and a very small trace of the scent lingered on my face after I washed it off. I believe it is the rooibos tea extract.

The Moisturizer Plus is my favorite of all the products in the Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare product line. It has no detectable scent and does not leave any lingering scent on the skin. It is absorbed quickly into the skin, and leaves the skin moist and refreshed. It was originally formulated as an eye cream, and is made for all skin types. This is an excellent moisturizer and caused no irritation on my skin.

Botanical Masque which comes in powder form and can be mixed with a variety of healthy liquids to provide a firming and cleansing lift to the skin. People who use this report an immediate result, and it contains some natural anti-inflammatories to soothe irritated skin.

Cleansing Scrub uses Aloe vera with Jojoba beads for gentle exfoliation. Does not require a toner.

Crystal Serum C is made as an intensive treatment to even out skin tone and lighten age spots. It comes in powder form so the vitamin C can be as fresh as possible when you mix to apply to your face.

Total Therapy Serum is made for normal, dry or sun damaged skin and contains DMAE which is a potent antiaging nutrient that firms the skin.

I'm not sure whether this would work if you have sensitive skin, so please try the other Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare products first, and do a skin test before using any on your face.

Carolyns Facial Fitness Skincare - My Recommendations

Carolyn has done a fantastic job with the Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare products and I've given them four and a half stars, as an excellent choice for a safe, natural product line that is effective, made with integrity and will work even for sensitive skin.

Because each of us has UNIQUE sensitive skin needs, please do a skin test first with ALL the Carolyns Facial Fitness skincare products.

Because of my olive oil allergies I wasn't able to test these products for a long time, but I know of others who use these products over time that see many positive results on their skin.

Read the product ingredients to see what is in them and whether they may work for you.

Carolyn's Facial Fitness skincare products contains all natural and mostly organic ingredients, and she has also created a facial care schedule to follow with the products to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. She has tested it on a number of different participants with different skin types, and has received excellent feedback from people.

Carolyn also provides some free facial exercises to everyone who purchases her skin care products, which will help the products work even more effectively.

My recommendation for those of us with sensitive skin is to start slowly by trying just ONE new product from her line at a time.

I recommend that you try the Crystal Serum and the Total Therapy Serum LAST, after you've already tried the other five products, as these are the most potent and bioactive products in her line.

For best results for sensitive skin, try ONE new product each week. Give yourself some time to see how it works for you!

Then, if they work for you, add another new product the next week.

Once you've been using them for at least a month, if you are doing well with them, then add one of serums to your skincare treatment schedule.

If that works well, then add the other. Carolyn's customers are getting fantastic and noticeable results from using her products.
